Easy Cheesy Chicken and Salsa Dinner

- 2-3 lbs of boneless chicken
- 2-3 cans of "pink beans" or black beans
- Garlic salt
- Nature's Seasoning
- 1 regular size jar (12 oz) of salsa
- 1 medium onion, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Rinse beans and put in the bottom of your baking dish (I use 9x13)
- Layer chicken on top of beans, season chicken with garlic salt and Nature's Seasoning
- Cover chicken with salsa
- Place sliced onion on top of salsa
- Cover with foil and bake 45-60 minutes at 375
- Add cheese to top the last 5 minutes of baking
- Serve by itself or over rice
