Easy Parmesan Oven Baked Chicken AKA "Frickin' Chicken"

Serves: 6 servings
  • 2-3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken in the cut of your choice
  • 1½ cups of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • ⅔ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbls Garlic salt
  • ¾ cups butter melted
  1. Pre heat your over to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Melt butter in a shallow dish (big enough to dip the chicken in)
  4. Dip the chicken pieces one at a time in the butter. Give it a second or two to drip off then put it in the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Cover the chicken with the bread crumb mixture patting it to get it to stick if necessary.
  6. Place it in a baking dish.
  7. Repeat the process with the rest of the chicken.
  8. Bake 35-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
