- ¼ cup paprika
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a cool dark place until use.
