Combine orange marmalade, mustard and ginger, and mix thoroughly.
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, until no longer pink, or until the internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit. In the last minute of cooking, spread glaze onto the chicken and heat through.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite side dishes.
