Dry Rub for Chicken

Ingredients
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 4 Tbls Paprika
  • 3 Tbls Chili powder
  • 1 Tbls Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbls Onion powder
  • 1 Tbls Dried onion
  • 1 Tbls Salt
  • 1 Tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store in an air tight container until you are ready to use.
  2. Rub throughly onto chicken 1-4 hours prior to cooking
  3. Smoke of grill as desired.
