Dry Rub for Chicken

- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 Tbls Paprika
- 3 Tbls Chili powder
- 1 Tbls Garlic powder
- 1 Tbls Onion powder
- 1 Tbls Dried onion
- 1 Tbls Salt
- 1 Tsp cumin
- ½ tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store in an air tight container until you are ready to use.
- Rub throughly onto chicken 1-4 hours prior to cooking
- Smoke of grill as desired.
